Lost Season 1 Episodes
Lost began with a flash (literally) in its first season beginning in late September 2004. In total, 24 episodes aired in season 1. Oceanic flight 815 disintegrated in mid-air scattering 48 survivors on a desolate island in the South Pacific.
The flight’s route was to be from Sydney, Australia to Los Angeles, USA but for unknown reasons crashed a few hours into the flight. The chaotic scenes on the island beach amidst the burning debris of the plane (including a still running jet engine) were a phenomenal sight.
Over the course of the first season we are introduced to many of the main characters including Jack, Sayid, Claire, Hurley, Shannon, Sawyer, Sun, Jin, Kate, Charlie, Michael, Walt, Boone, and John. It was the largest debut cast in a TV series, ever - 14 major roles.
